I have logged in before, why do I need to re-register? |

The State of Florida is utilizing a continuing education provider tracking system called CE Broker. All Florida providers are required to modify their systems in order to submit their data. This site had to be formatted to accommodate their requirements. Beginning May 1, 2004, all required information of completed modules will be submitted to CE Broker. |

I don't remember my password. |

No sweat! We have you covered. Please proceed to the Member Sign In page and look toward the bottom of the page. You will see a sentence and link that says, "Forget your password?" Click on this to have an email containing your password mailed to your email address listed in your member profile. |

I can't print my certificates. |
|
In order to print your certificates you must complete the module, receive a score of at least 70% on the post-test and answer the module evaluation questions. Once you have done this, you will be able to print your certificate. You can also Sign In and go to your Member Home page should you wish to print them out at any time. |

I have a question about the content of a module. |
|
On the Overview page of each course, you will find the name(s) of the author who wrote the course. Their name is also an email link. Click this to send a clear and detailed question regarding the course. You may also email a TraumaEd.com Educator will then respond to your question as quickly as possible. |

I am having difficulty Signing In. |

Your sign in name is the username you gave yourself when registering for your member account. If you have forgotten your password see above Q & A. If you have forgotten your username, please email us with your Full Name and License number and we will email your account information as soon as possible. |

Are these contact hours approved by a regulatory board? |
|
Yes, the contact hours provided have been approved by the Florida Board of Nursing. To see if these credits are transferable in your state, please contact your Board of Nursing. |

Do these contact hours get uploaded to CE Broker? |
|
Yes. An upload of all awarded certificates is uploaded to CE Broker, currently all certificates awarded through December 31, 2004 have been provided to CE Broker. |

I took a course over 3 months ago and it is not showing on my CE Broker report. |

If you are a member of CE Broker and the contact hours you earned from traumaed.com are not on your report CE Broker may not have accepted our transfer. Please check your member profile to ensure that your license number is correct. If your license number is not correct CE Broker will not register your contact hours. |

My license number was not correct on my member profile. How do I get my previous contact hours credited to CE Broker? |

Please send an e-mail to info@traumaed.com and notify us that you have corrected your license number and would like your contact hours re-submitted. |
